Role Overview

As the Azure Systems Administrator, your mission is to optimize and protect our cloud architecture while scaling high-availability services across global environments. You’ll implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC), tune performance through intelligent monitoring, and champion DevOps practices that support agile software delivery. Core Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise-grade Azure environments: VMs, virtual networks, app services, storage, and security policies.
• Deploy infrastructure via IaC tools such as Bicep, Terraform, or ARM templates.
• Build automated pipelines for deployment and configuration using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Monitor infrastructure health using Log Analytics, Azure Monitor, and Kusto queries.
• Strengthen compliance by configuring RBAC, Defender for Cloud, and Azure Policy.
• Implement disaster recovery, backups, and availability zones to support business continuity.
• Partner with developers and SREs to maintain scalable, secure DevOps environments.
