Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Front-End Excellence

  • Build modern, high-performance Angular applications that are visually appealing and functionally robust.
  • Use TypeScript and RxJS to develop scalable front-end logic
  • Apply component-based architecture using best practices and clean code principles
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive behavior across all screen sizes

Collaboration & Communication

  • Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to ensure consistent and accessible design.
  • Partner with back-end teams to integrate RESTful APIs and dynamic data services
  • Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Exchange constructive suggestions with colleagues in an open-minded, solution-focused manner.

Accessibility & Inclusion

  • Design with empathy: implement accessible components following WCAG 2.1 guidelines
  • Contribute to internal documentation promoting inclusive development practices.
  • Serve as an advocate for diversity in all aspects of software design and team collaboration.

Tools & Technologies

You’ll work with a full suite of modern development tools to streamline your workflow:

Development Stack

  • Angular (v12+)
  • TypeScript / JavaScript (ES6+)
  • SCSS / HTML5
  • RxJS, NgRx (or alternative state management libraries)

Collaboration & DevOps

  • Git + GitHub or GitLab for version control
  • Jira, Notion, or Confluence for project and documentation tracking
  • Figma and Storybook for visual collaboration
  • CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years creating and maintaining Angular-based applications
  • Solid understanding of reactive programming and state management
  • Firm grasp of accessibility concepts and mobile-first design
  • Prior experience in remote, globally distributed development environments
  • Openness to constructive input and the ability to communicate ideas with kindness and clarity
