Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Optimization

  • Conduct regular audits of product listings, enhancing SEO to improve visibility and conversion.
  • Manage catalog accuracy, variations, and backend keywords.
  • Monitor Buy Box performance and implement pricing strategies accordingly.

Advertising and Promotions

  • Plan and manage Amazon Sponsored Product, Sponsored Brand, and DSP campaigns.
  • Evaluate ad performance using KPIs like ACoS, TACoS, CTR, and ROAS.
  • Launch seasonal campaigns aligned with global events and brand strategy.

Sales and Performance Monitoring

  • Track weekly sales trends, keyword rankings, and product performance.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to generate actionable insights and forecast growth opportunities.
  • Handle reporting using remote analytics tools for clear, transparent updates.

Inventory and Fulfillment Coordination

  • Ensure FBA stock levels remain optimal, proactively avoiding stock-outs.
  • Coordinate with third-party logistics to streamline inventory replenishment.
  • Forecast demand using sales history and marketplace behavior.

Brand Protection and Customer Relations

  • Monitor and manage customer reviews and feedback.
  • File support tickets and intellectual property claims as needed to protect brand integrity.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in collaboration with the support team.

Tools and Technologies You Will Use

  • Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central
  • Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Keepa for product intelligence
  • Google Sheets, Excel, and Looker Studio for reporting and dashboard visualization
  • Trello or Asana for task management in a distributed environment

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • 3+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts
  • Strong understanding of marketplace trends, A9 algorithm, and conversion optimization
  • Proficiency in digital marketing strategies related to Amazon

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, ClickUp)
  • Experience working within a remote team structure
  • Certification in Amazon Advertising or completion of related training courses
