Remote Accessibility Tester
Description
Remote Accessibility Tester
Join a Mission to Make Digital Experiences Inclusive
Imagine shaping the future of the web by ensuring that no one is left behind. That’s what drives our fully remote team: a passionate group of creators, thinkers, and engineers working together to build truly accessible digital products. Our journey began with a vision—a mission to eliminate digital barriers and design user-friendly online environments that empower everyone, regardless of ability. Over the years, we’ve grown into an innovation hub recognized for pioneering accessibility-first design. Now, we’re looking for a Remote Accessibility Tester who shares our belief that inclusive design isn't just ethical—it's essential.
Key Responsibilities
User-Centered Accessibility Audits
- Conduct comprehensive manual and automated accessibility audits across web and mobile interfaces.
- Evaluate digital platforms against WCAG 2.1/2.2 standards and other accessibility compliance guidelines.
- Collaborate with UX designers to suggest accessibility-focused UI enhancements.
Testing and Documentation

Team Collaboration
- Participate in design and development sprints to give proactive accessibility feedback.
- Work alongside QA engineers and developers during the testing cycle.
- Champion accessibility best practices throughout the product lifecycle.
Work Environment & Culture
We are 100% remote and asynchronous, built for flexibility. Whether you're working from a quiet study in Bangalore, a beachside bungalow in Goa, or a city loft in Chicago, you're part of a global team bound by purpose, not proximity. We believe creativity blooms in a culture of empathy and openness. Weekly virtual socials, optional deep work zones, and inclusive team rituals make collaboration fluid and fulfilling.

- Axe DevTools, WAVE, and Lighthouse for initial audits
- Assistive technologies, including JAWS, NVDA, TalkBack, and VoiceOver
- Bug tracking and test case management with Jira and TestRail
