Key Responsibilities:

  5. Providing Information: Responding to inquiries from clients, visitors, and employees, and providing accurate information about our organization's products, services, and policies.
  6. Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times, including arranging magazines and brochures.
  7. Handling Correspondence: Sorting and distributing incoming mail and coordinating outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
  8. Operating Office Equipment: Operating office equipment such as photocopiers, printers, and fax machines, ensuring they are properly maintained and stocked with necessary supplies.
  9. Assisting with Special Projects: Providing support to various departments as needed, including event planning, coordination of travel arrangements, and other special projects.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Additional certification in office management or related field is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
