Job Description:
As a Logistics Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain network. Your responsibilities will include:

- Warehousing Operations: Oversee warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatching of goods. Implement best practices for warehouse organization and safety to enhance operational efficiency and minimize risk.
- Documentation and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to transportation, import/export, and hazardous materials handling. Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and other documentation to facilitate audits and inspections.
- Customer Service: Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding order inquiries, delivery updates, and resolution of any issues or concerns. Strive to exceed customer expectations by providing timely and personalized support.
Qualifications:
