Job Description:

As a Logistics Associate, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth functioning of our operations. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained to meet demand while minimizing excess.
2. Transportation Coordination: Coordinate transportation schedules, liaising with drivers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
3. Warehouse Operations: Oversee warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
4. Supply Chain Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the supply chain, implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
5. Customer Service: Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the logistics process.
6. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to shipments, inventory, and other logistics activities. Prepare reports and analyses to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (for fresher candidates). Relevant degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: No prior experience is required for fresher candidates. Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or warehousing will be an advantage for experienced candidates.
• Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Knowledge of logistics software systems is a plus.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as well as work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per operational requirements.
