Job Description:

As a lawyer at our firm, you will be responsible for a wide range of legal tasks aimed at serving our client's needs effectively. Your primary duties will include:

1. Legal Consultation: Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on various matters, including but not limited to, civil, criminal, corporate, and family law issues.
2. Case Management: Managing and overseeing legal cases from inception to resolution, including conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court proceedings.
3. Client Representation: Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings with professionalism and integrity.
4. Legal Research: Conducting thorough legal research to ensure accurate and up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and precedents.
5. Document Drafting: Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, agreements, pleadings, motions, and briefs to support clients' legal needs.
6. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards in all aspects of legal practice.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution. Additional certifications or specializations in specific areas of law are preferred but not required.
• Experience: Both fresher and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply. Experience in legal practice, whether through internships, clerkships, or prior employment, is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Skills: Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficiency in legal software and technology is desirable.
