Key Responsibilities:

- Contract Review and Negotiation: Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, agreements, and legal documents to protect the organization's interests and minimize risks.
- Compliance Monitoring: Stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations relevant to the organization's operations and ensure compliance with all applicable legal requirements.
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, working closely with other stakeholders to implement preventive measures.
- Dispute Resolution: Manage legal disputes and litigation matters effectively, including liaising with external counsel when necessary, to achieve favorable outcomes for the organization.
- Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research on various topics as needed, providing well-reasoned analysis and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
- Policy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures to ensure alignment with legal requirements and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized institution; additional qualifications such as LL.M. or specialization in a relevant field preferred.
- Admitted to the Bar Council of India and eligible to practice law in Maharashtra.
- Proven experience in a legal role, with a strong understanding of corporate law, commercial transactions, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly and concisely.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to think strategically.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and technology platforms.
