Job Description:
As a Job Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the recruitment process for our clients and candidates. Your responsibilities will include:
- Client Engagement: Building and nurturing relationships with employers to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilizing various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking events to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Screening and Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for different job roles.
- Matching and Placement: Matching candidates with suitable job opportunities and guiding them through the application and interview process.
- Negotiation: Facilitating salary negotiations and other terms of employment to ensure a win-win situation for both candidates and employers.
- Follow-up and Feedback: Providing ongoing support to candidates and employers throughout the hiring process, including gathering feedback and addressing any concerns.

Requirements:
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant experience will be considered.
- Experience: While prior experience in recruitment or HR is advantageous, we welcome freshers with a passion for people and a willingness to learn. Experienced professionals with a proven track record are also encouraged to apply.
