Job Description: As an Interior Designer, you will play a key role in bringing our clients' visions to life through your creativity and expertise. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Client Consultation: Meeting with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints. Building strong relationships and effectively communicating design concepts and ideas.
2. Concept Development: Develop innovative design concepts that align with the client's vision, functional needs, and aesthetic preferences. Presenting design proposals through sketches, mood boards, and 3D renderings.
3. Space Planning: Utilizing your spatial awareness and design principles to optimize the layout and flow of interior spaces. Creating floor plans, furniture layouts, and lighting schemes that maximize functionality and visual appeal.
4. Material Selection: Selecting appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and accessories to enhance the overall design concept. Considering factors such as durability, sustainability, and aesthetic coherence.
5. Project Management: Overseeing all aspects of the design process, from concept to completion. Coordinating with architects, contractors, vendors, and craftsmen to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of projects.
6. Budgeting and Cost Estimation: Developing project budgets and cost estimates based on the scope of work, materials, and labor involved. Monitoring expenses and making adjustments as necessary to stay within budgetary constraints.
7. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site visits to inspect workmanship, resolve any issues or discrepancies, and ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
8. Client Presentation: Presenting design concepts, proposals, and progress updates to clients in a clear, compelling manner. Soliciting feedback and incorporating revisions as needed to achieve client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Education: A degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Creativity, passion, and a strong portfolio of work are equally important.
• Experience: Both freshers and experienced professionals are welcome to apply. Prior experience in interior design or a related field will be an advantage.
• Skills: Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills. Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
