About the Role:

As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel in Pune. Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk management, housekeeping, food and beverage services, maintenance, and security.
2. Guest Experience: Ensure that guests receive a warm welcome and enjoy a comfortable stay throughout their visit. Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and effectively to ensure a positive experience.
3. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a diverse team of staff members to deliver exceptional service. Provide training, guidance, and support to ensure that team members perform their duties efficiently and effectively.
4. Financial Management: Monitor and manage hotel budgets, including revenue and expenses. Implement cost-saving measures where appropriate while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
5. Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote the hotel and attract new guests. Develop strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue.
6. Quality Control: Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene throughout the hotel. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
7. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels for supplies, equipment, and amenities. Monitor usage and reorder supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Education: A bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred. However, candidates with relevant experience or certifications will also be considered.
• Experience: Previous experience in hotel management or a related role is preferred but not required. Fresher candidates with a passion for hospitality are encouraged to apply.
