  4. Financial Management: Assist in budget planning and financial management activities, including monitoring expenses, revenue generation, and financial reporting. Identify opportunities for cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high standards of care.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
