Job Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualization and Design: Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and create visually stunning designs for various projects, including but not limited to branding, advertising, social media, and print collateral.
2. Visual Identity Development: Develop and maintain brand identities through consistent and cohesive design elements across all platforms, ensuring brand integrity and recognition.
3. Graphic Asset Creation: Design and produce high-quality graphic assets, including illustrations, icons, infographics, and other visual elements, to enhance the overall aesthetic appeal of our products and services.
4. Digital Design: Create engaging digital content for websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and digital advertisements, keeping abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital design.
5. Print Design: Design marketing materials, packaging, brochures, flyers, and other print collateral with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring print-ready files are delivered to meet project deadlines.
6. Collaboration and Feedback: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, provide creative input, and incorporate feedback to refine designs and achieve desired outcomes.
7. Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs meet the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency while adhering to brand guidelines and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Fresher or Experienced: We welcome candidates of all experience levels, from recent graduates to seasoned professionals, who demonstrate a strong passion for design and a willingness to learn and grow.
• Education: A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory. We value creativity, skill, and potential above all else.
• Proficiency in Design Tools: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as other relevant design software and tools. Experience with motion graphics and video editing software is a plus.
• Creativity and Innovation: A keen eye for aesthetics, attention to detail, and the ability to think creatively to bring ideas to life in visual form. A demonstrated portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects is highly desirable.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas, collaborate with team members, and present design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Adaptability and Time Management: Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work efficiently under pressure to meet tight deadlines, while maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism.
