Job Description:

As a Forklift Operator, your primary responsibility will be to operate industrial forklifts to transport materials and goods within our warehouse or manufacturing facility. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

1. Safe Operation: Operating forklifts safely and responsibly, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations. Safety is our top priority, and we expect all team members to prioritize it at all times.
2. Material Handling: Loading, unloading, and moving materials and products using forklifts. This includes pallets, crates, boxes, and other items as required.
3. Inventory Management: Assisting with inventory management by accurately recording and reporting inventory movements. Attention to detail is essential to ensure accuracy in inventory counts.
4. Quality Assurance: Ensuring the quality and integrity of materials and products during transportation and handling. Following proper procedures to prevent damage to goods.
5. Equipment Maintenance: Conducting routine maintenance checks on forklifts to ensure proper functioning. Reporting any issues or malfunctions to the appropriate personnel for prompt resolution.
6. Communication: Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate work activities and ensure efficient operations. Clear communication is key to a smooth workflow.

Qualifications:
