Job Description:

As a Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and equipment through the use of welders, cutters, shapers, and measuring tools. Your primary duties will include:

1. Welding Operations: Perform various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and ARC welding to join metal components or fill holes, indentations, or seams of fabricated metal products.
2. Reading Blueprints: Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics to determine the layout and configuration of metal components for welding.
3. Material Preparation: Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and cutting using hand tools and power tools to ensure proper adhesion and structural integrity of welded joints.
4. Quality Control: Inspect welded joints and metalwork for accuracy, alignment, and conformance to specifications, ensuring high-quality standards are met at all times.
5. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries, including the proper handling and storage of welding equipment and materials.

For Fresher:

• No prior experience is required; comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
• Minimum educational qualification of high school diploma or equivalent.

For Experienced:

• Proven experience as a Welder with a minimum of [X years] in a similar role.
