3. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate all logistical aspects of the event, including transportation, accommodation, audiovisual equipment, and signage. Ensure seamless execution of setup, breakdown, and everything in between.
4. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate event staff, including assistants, volunteers, and temporary workers. Delegate tasks effectively and ensure everyone is working towards a common goal.
5. Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns. Build strong relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
