Job Description:

As a Doctor at our facility, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality medical care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Patient Consultation and Diagnosis:

• Conduct thorough patient consultations to understand medical histories, symptoms, and concerns.
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations and order diagnostic tests as necessary.
• Analyze test results and make accurate diagnoses.

2. Treatment Planning and Implementation:

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on diagnoses and medical evidence.
• Prescribe appropriate medications, therapies, and other interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

3. Surgical Procedures (Experienced Doctors):

• Perform surgical procedures with precision and care, adhering to established protocols and safety standards.
• Coordinate with surgical teams to ensure smooth and successful operations.
• Provide post-operative care and follow-up to patients.

4. Emergency Care and Critical Interventions:

• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide timely interventions.

• Collaborate with emergency medical teams for efficient patient management.

5. Patient Education and Counseling:

• Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.

6. Collaboration and Multidisciplinary Care:

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Valid medical license to practice in India.
• Postgraduate qualification (MD/MS/DNB) in a relevant specialty for experienced doctors.
• Excellent clinical skills, including diagnostic proficiency and procedural competence.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a compassionate bedside manner.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sound clinical judgments.
