Job Description:

As a Dance Teacher, you will be responsible for instructing students in various dance forms, including but not limited to classical, contemporary, jazz, hip-hop, and cultural dances. Your role will guide students through fundamental techniques, choreographing routines, and facilitating engaging and dynamic dance classes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Instruction: Deliver high-quality dance instruction to students of all ages and skill levels. Adapt teaching methods to accommodate individual learning styles and abilities.
2. Choreography: Create original choreography for performances, competitions, and showcases. Ensure routines are innovative, captivating, and aligned with the theme or style of the dance.
3. Technique: Focus on refining students' technique, posture, and movement quality. Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to help dancers improve their skills.
4. Class Management: Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment in the studio. Manage class logistics, including attendance, scheduling, and equipment setup.
5. Performance Preparation: Prepare students for concerts, recitals, and examinations. Rehearse routines rigorously and instill confidence in dancers to showcase their talents on stage.
6. Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow instructors, staff members, and external stakeholders to coordinate events, workshops, and special projects. Foster a sense of teamwork and community within the dance studio.
7. Continued Learning: Stay updated on current trends, techniques, and developments in dance. Attend workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
