Job Description:

This position involves various tasks and responsibilities, including but not limited to:

1. Surveillance: Utilizing surveillance systems, patrolling designated areas, and monitoring premises to identify and address any suspicious activities or security breaches promptly.
2. Access Control: Controlling access points by verifying identification, issuing passes, and directing visitors to the appropriate areas, ensuring only authorized personnel enter the premises.
3. Emergency Response: Responding to emergencies such as fires, medical incidents, or security threats calmly and efficiently, following established protocols to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of individuals.
4. Report Writing: Maintaining accurate records by documenting incidents, observations, and security-related activities in detailed reports, ensuring all necessary information is recorded for reference.
5. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service by assisting visitors, addressing inquiries or concerns, and offering guidance or directions as needed to enhance the overall experience.
6. Team Collaboration: Collaborating with fellow security personnel, management, and other departments to effectively communicate information, coordinate activities, and uphold security standards across the organization.
7. Risk Assessment: Conduct routine security assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities, implement preventive measures, and make recommendations for improvements to enhance overall security measures.

Requirements:
