Key Responsibilities
Drive Remote Onboarding & Engagement

Champion Employee Support

Optimize HR Processes & Tools

- Partner with payroll, compliance, and benefits vendors to ensure seamless HR operations.
Foster a Connected Remote Culture
- Coordinate virtual team events, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives that keep morale high.

Qualifications & Skills
Must-Haves
- Previous experience in HR, talent coordination, or employee relationsโremote experience is a significant plus.
