Key Responsibilities

User Experience and Interface Design

• Develop end-to-end user experiences using data insights, journey mapping, and interaction strategy.
• Design responsive interfaces that operate smoothly on mobile phones, tablets, laptops, and large displays.
• Evolve design systems and maintain brand consistency while producing visually distinctive layouts and components.
• Consider a range of user needs by integrating best practices in accessibility, readability, and ethical design.

Interdisciplinary Collaboration

• Work closely with cross-departmental teams, including engineering, product strategy, and content development.
• Engage in fast-paced product cycles, iterating on design based on continuous testing and evolving priorities.
• Share design prototypes and walkthroughs that clearly explain interface behavior and user intent.
• Adjust wireframes and visual models after usability assessments and stakeholder recommendations, while maintaining strong design principles.

Enhancing the Fan Experience

• Craft emotionally resonant designs that foster fan loyalty and enhance platform engagement.
• Add thoughtful animations and transitions that guide navigation and simplify decision-making.
• Apply clear UX language and microcopy to make instructions, calls to action, and navigation intuitive.
• Personalize user journeys through tailored content modules, interface states, and intelligent layouts based on behavior data.

• Strong visual design foundation, with the ability to craft detailed wireframes and convert them into polished UI elements.
• Familiar with design workflows in agile environments, including frequent iteration and collaborative testing.
• Effective at transforming complex user needs into sleek and functional design solutions.

• Experience building for fan communities, sports apps, or media-rich platforms.
• Knowledgeable about digital psychology, usability heuristics, and inclusive design.
• Comfortable presenting design strategy and decision-making logic to diverse team members.
• Familiarity with front-end development principles is beneficial but not required.
