What You’ll Do
Monitor and Maintain Web Performance
- Regularly check site uptime, page speed, and functionality across devices
- Troubleshoot errors quickly, from broken links to server timeouts
- Use monitoring tools to detect issues before users notice them
Keep Platforms Secure and Current
- Apply updates to CMS platforms, plugins, and third-party tools
- Schedule regular backups and test restore points
- Monitor for unusual activity or vulnerabilities
Support Content and Design Consistency
- Update pages, assets, and layouts within CMS platforms
- Ensure branding and design elements are implemented accurately
- Please work with the creative team to review changes before they go live
Improve Visibility and Accessibility
- Review site structure and metadata for SEO effectiveness
- Check for accessibility compliance across all major standards
- Collaborate on enhancements that support better search engine ranking
Document, Communicate, and Collaborate
- Maintain internal logs of updates and known issues
- Share insights with developers and marketers to support campaigns
- Be a go-to partner when launches or updates roll out

- Version Control: Git
- Project Management: Trello, Notion, or Jira

Qualifications
Must-Have Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience maintaining and improving live websites
- Hands-on experience with at least one CMS (e.g., WordPress)
- Comfortable editing front-end code: HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript
- Understanding of on-page SEO and accessibility fundamentals
