Position Overview:

As a Business Analyst, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth and optimization through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations. Responsibilities:

4. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans and roadmaps based on thorough analysis and evaluation of market trends, competitor activities, and internal capabilities.
5. Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop reporting mechanisms to track and evaluate business performance against predefined targets and benchmarks.
6. Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments and scenario analyses to anticipate potential challenges and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity.
7. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization through clear and concise reports, presentations, and discussions.
8. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry developments, best practices, and emerging technologies in business analysis and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred but not required.
• Experience: Previous experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related fields is an asset but not mandatory. Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with stakeholders across departments and levels of the organization.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with analytical tools and software such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI is an advantage.
