Key Responsibilities:

3. Health Education: Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, treatment plans, and self-care techniques. Empower patients to take an active role in their healthcare journey.
4. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, fellow nurses, and support staff to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute valuable insights.
6. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to medical emergencies, assess patient condition, and implement appropriate interventions. Remain calm under pressure and prioritize patient safety at all times.
7. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in nursing practice, attend training sessions, and pursue professional development opportunities. Proactively identify areas for improvement and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from a recognized institution. Valid nursing license from the Maharashtra Nursing Council.
• Experience: While prior nursing experience is preferred, we also welcome applications from fresh graduates who demonstrate a passion for patient care and a willingness to learn.
• Skills: Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and empathy are essential for success in this role. Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
