4. Compliance: Adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines set forth by regulatory bodies, ensuring that all dispensing activities are conducted in compliance with legal requirements.
5. Collaboration: Working closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurses, to ensure coordinated patient care and effective medication management.
6. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service by addressing patient queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism, fostering a positive and supportive environment for all patients.
7. Health Promotion: Actively participating in health promotion initiatives within the community, such as conducting health screenings, organizing informational sessions, and promoting wellness programs.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution. Candidates with additional certifications or specialized training will be given preference.
• License: Valid registration with the State Pharmacy Council is required. Candidates must maintain active licensure throughout their employment.
• Experience: While prior experience is preferred, we welcome applications from recent graduates and individuals with limited experience. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure successful integration into the role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in pharmacy software systems and a strong understanding of pharmaceutical calculations and dispensing procedures.
