As a Job Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the recruitment process for our clients and candidates. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Client Engagement: Building and nurturing relationships with employers to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
2. Candidate Sourcing: Utilizing various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking events to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

Requirements:

• Education: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant experience will be considered.
