About the Role:

As a Hospital Administrator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our healthcare facility. Key Responsibilities:

  2. Personnel Management: Recruit, train, and supervise administrative staff, including front desk personnel, medical records clerks, and administrative assistants. Conduct performance evaluations, address personnel issues, and facilitate professional development opportunities.
  3. Financial Management: Oversee budgetary planning and financial operations, including revenue generation, expense management, and billing processes. Monitor financial performance against targets and implement cost-saving measures where necessary.
  4. Facility Operations: Coordinate facility maintenance, security, and housekeeping activities to ensure a safe, clean, and conducive environment for patients, visitors, and staff members. Address any facility-related issues promptly and effectively.
  5. Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and industry best practices. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, maintain accreditation status, and respond to regulatory inquiries and audits as required.
  6. Patient Experience: Champion initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall patient experience, from admission to discharge. Implement strategies to improve service quality, patient satisfaction, and communication channels with patients and their families.
  7. Information Management: Oversee the maintenance of electronic health records (EHRs) and other patient-related information systems. Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and accessibility in compliance with privacy laws and organizational policies.
  8. Collaboration and Communication: Foster effective communication and collaboration among interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative staff. Facilitate interdisciplinary meetings and forums to promote information sharing and problem-solving.
  9. Community Engagement: Represent the hospital in community outreach activities, public relations events, and networking opportunities. Cultivate positive relationships with stakeholders, including patients, families, local organizations, and government agencies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred for experienced candidates).
  • Proven experience in healthcare administration or relevant administrative roles (Fresher candidates are also encouraged to apply).
