About the Role:

As a Warehouse Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse facility in Bhiwandi. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide variety of goods while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management: Oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods. Develop and implement efficient workflows to optimize productivity and minimize costs.
2. Inventory Control: Implement inventory management systems to accurately track stock levels, conduct regular stock audits, and reconcile discrepancies. Ensure timely replenishment of stock to meet customer demand.
3. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a diverse team of warehouse staff, including supervisors, pickers, packers, and forklift operators. Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to enhance team performance and morale.
4. Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations to create a safe working environment for all warehouse personnel. Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as necessary.
5. Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of product quality by implementing robust quality control processes. Monitor product integrity throughout the handling and storage process to prevent damage or loss.
6. Customer Service: Collaborate with other departments to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently. Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to streamline warehouse operations. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Prior experience in warehouse management or a similar role is desirable but not mandatory. Fresher candidates with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field are encouraged to apply.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office suite. Experience with inventory management systems and barcode scanning technology is a plus.
