Platform Management & Optimization

  • Use scheduling tools like Buffer, Later, or Hootsuite for automation and analytics.
  • Implement A/B testing for post performance, CTA variations, and content types.
  • Adapt posts based on time zone data, regional audience behavior, and real-time analytics.

Analytics & Performance Reporting

  • Produce weekly dashboards using tools like Sprout Social, Google Analytics, and Meta Insights.
  • Track campaign ROI and optimize spend on promoted content.
  • Provide actionable takeaways backed by metrics such as click-through rate, audience growth rate, and engagement per impression.

Community Engagement & Brand Monitoring

  • Actively manage inboxes and comments with brand-aligned responses.
  • Monitor mentions and sentiment via social listening platforms like Brand24 or Mention.
  • Implement feedback loops by collaborating with Customer Experience and Product teams.

Compensation and Career Growth
