Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination and Program Support
- Collaborate with nonprofit clients to plan, implement, and assess programmatic initiatives.
- Provide virtual logistical support for online workshops, outreach events, and grant tracking systems.
- Coordinate schedules, follow-ups, and digital resources to keep mission-critical timelines on track.
Documentation and Reporting
- Draft and format reports, program briefs, and donor communications with accuracy and creativity
- Maintain clean data in CRM systems and assist with KPI dashboards to measure outcomes.
- Support the storytelling process through the collection of qualitative impact narratives.
Communications and Stakeholder Engagement
- Respond to partner inquiries, community questions, and team updates with empathy and clarity.
- Draft engaging social media content, newsletters, and updates aligned with campaign objectives.
- Monitor engagement metrics and suggest optimizations based on feedback and trends.
Administrative and Technology Tasks
- Manage digital file systems, shared calendars, and inbox communications in Google Workspace.
- Prepare Zoom meetings, take transparent and efficient notes, and summarize actions effectively.
- Leverage tools like Airtable, Canva, and Slack to organize workflows and maintain momentum

Required Qualifications
