Key Responsibilities

Coaching and Guidance

• Offer one-on-one remote life coaching sessions focused on personal development, emotional well-being, and goal-setting.
• Guide clients in identifying patterns, limiting beliefs, and areas of untapped potential.
• Customize coaching plans using behavioral science, mindfulness tools, and positive psychology techniques.

Accountability and Progress Tracking

• Establish measurable milestones to ensure clients stay on track and motivated.
• Use remote coaching software to log session notes, client goals, and feedback.
• Provide consistent follow-ups and proactive check-ins to support long-term growth.

Digital Collaboration

• Leverage modern platforms like Zoom, Notion, and journaling apps to connect meaningfully with clients.
• Collaborate with other virtual coaches to co-create resources, webinars, and group sessions.
• Contribute to online content such as mindset tips, life hacks, or reflective challenges.

Candidate Qualifications
