Key Responsibilities

Your Daily Impact: What You’ll Own

• Serve as the primary legal advisor for complex corporate transactions, strategic partnerships, M&A, and capital raises.
• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements, including vendor contracts, NDAs, licensing deals, and service agreements.
• Ensure global compliance with corporate governance standards, securities regulations, and risk management frameworks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, HR, and operations to guide entity structuring, employment issues, and regulatory obligations.
• Conduct legal research and proactively advise on legal trends that may impact corporate strategy.
• Develop and enforce internal policies to promote transparency and mitigate legal exposure.

Qualifications

• Law degree (JD or equivalent) from a recognized university
• Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (additional regions are a bonus)
• At least 6 years of corporate legal experience, ideally including both private practice and internal legal advisory roles
• Strong understanding of commercial contracts, corporate structuring, securities compliance, and cross-border legal frameworks
• Exceptional strategic judgment and the ability to anticipate challenges
• Skilled at simplifying complex legal topics into actionable guidance for non-legal stakeholders
• Adaptable to remote work environments and capable of collaborating across time zones
• Bonus: Familiarity with technology sectors such as SaaS, fintech, or digital platforms
