  1. Master's or doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field from a recognized institution.
  2. Valid license or registration as a Psychologist with the relevant regulatory body.
  3. Strong clinical skills and experience in conducting psychological assessments and providing therapy.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  5. Empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental attitude toward clients' experiences and struggles.
  6. Knowledge of ethical guidelines and professional standards governing the practice of psychology.
