Position Overview:

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless movement of goods and materials through various stages of the supply chain. Key Responsibilities:

1. Transportation Coordination: Facilitate the timely transportation of goods by coordinating with carriers, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners. Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and optimize routes to minimize costs and delivery times.
2. Inventory Management: Oversee the storage, handling, and tracking of inventory to maintain accurate stock levels. Utilize inventory management software to monitor inventory movements, conduct regular audits, and address any discrepancies.
3. Order Processing: Process incoming and outgoing orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill customer orders and resolve any order-related issues or delays.
4. Documentation and Compliance: Prepare and maintain documentation such as shipping manifests, customs forms, and import/export paperwork. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards governing the movement of goods both domestically and internationally.
5. Customer Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding shipment status, delivery schedules, and any inquiries or concerns. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs promptly and professionally.
6. Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve logistical challenges, such as delays, damaged shipments, or inventory discrepancies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions and prevent recurrence of issues.
7. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the logistics operations. Implement best practices and leverage technology to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or warehouse operations is advantageous but not required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
