- Reference Services: Provide expert assistance to patrons in locating resources, conducting research, and navigating the library's catalog and databases. Offer guidance on information literacy and research methodologies to promote independent learning.
- User Services: Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all patrons, assisting them with inquiries, requests, and technical support. Manage circulation services, including loaning and returning materials, fines, and overdue notifications.
- Digital Resources Management: Oversee the digital library infrastructure, including electronic databases, e-books, and online journals. Ensure seamless access to digital resources and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
- Library Programming: Develop and implement engaging programs and events to promote literacy, lifelong learning, and community engagement. Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to organize author talks, workshops, book clubs, and other educational activities.
- Collection Maintenance: Monitor the condition of library materials and facilities, identifying areas for repair, replacement, or improvement. Develop and implement preservation strategies to prolong the lifespan of physical and digital resources.

Qualifications:
