Job Description: We are currently seeking skilled and dedicated individuals to fill the role of Lab Technician at our facility in Ranchi. As a Lab Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting our medical staff by conducting various laboratory tests, analyzing samples, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures under the supervision of senior medical staff.

• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including calibrating and troubleshooting instruments as needed.

• Adhere to safety protocols and quality assurance guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with medical professionals and other members of the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and support clinical decision-making.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay abreast of advances in laboratory technology and best practices in healthcare.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required; additional certification or training in medical laboratory technology is preferred.
• Previous experience working in a laboratory setting is preferred but not required; freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to accurately perform tests and interpret results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and communicate complex information to medical staff.
