Job Description:

As a member of our freight forwarding team, you will play a vital role in facilitating the seamless movement of goods across borders. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Customs Clearance: Managing customs documentation and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. You will be responsible for accurately preparing and processing import and export documentation, including customs declarations, permits, and licenses.
2. Logistics Coordination: Coordinating with carriers, warehouses, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods. You will be involved in scheduling shipments, tracking cargo movements, and resolving any logistical challenges that may arise.
3. Client Communication: Served as a primary point of contact for clients, providing them with updates on the status of their shipments and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
4. Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks throughout the freight forwarding process. This may involve assessing the security of cargo, monitoring for disruptions in supply chains, and implementing contingency plans as needed.
5. Documentation Management: Maintaining accurate records of shipments, invoices, and other relevant documentation. Ensuring that all paperwork is complete and organized according to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
