As a Freight Forwarding Associate, you will play a vital role in facilitating the movement of goods domestically and internationally. You will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the entire logistics process, from the initial booking to the final delivery. Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

1. Customer Communication: Interacting with clients to understand their shipping requirements, providing quotes, and offering solutions tailored to their needs. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role.
2. Documentation: Handling the preparation and processing of shipping documents, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs clearance documents. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
3. Carrier Coordination: Liaising with shipping carriers, airlines, and trucking companies to schedule shipments, track cargo movements, and resolve any transportation issues that may arise.
4. Customs Clearance: Collaborating with customs brokers to ensure smooth clearance of goods through customs checkpoints, adhering to all relevant import/export regulations and procedures.
5. Supply Chain Management: Monitoring the flow of goods from origin to destination, optimizing routes, and minimizing transit times and costs whenever possible.
6. Problem-Solving: Addressing any logistical challenges or disruptions proactively, finding innovative solutions to keep shipments on track and clients satisfied.
7. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that shipments are packed, labeled, and handled correctly to prevent damage or loss in transit.

Qualifications and Requirements:
