Job Description: As a Fashion Designer with us, you will be at the forefront of our creative process, responsible for conceptualizing and developing innovative designs that resonate with our target audience. From sketching initial ideas to overseeing the production process, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our vision to life. Responsibilities:

3. Sketching: Develop detailed sketches and technical drawings to communicate design concepts effectively.
4. Fabric Selection: Source and select appropriate fabrics and materials that align with design concepts and quality standards.
5. Prototype Development: Work closely with our patternmakers and sample makers to create prototypes and samples for review and testing.
6. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, production, and marketing, to ensure cohesive product development and brand consistency.
7. Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality checks throughout the design and production process to maintain high standards of craftsmanship and integrity.
8. Adaptability: Adapt designs based on feedback, market trends, and production constraints while maintaining the integrity of the original concept.
9. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of design concepts, sketches, specifications, and revisions for reference and future use.
10. Innovation: Continuously explore new techniques, technologies, and sustainable practices to enhance product innovation and differentiation.

Requirements:

• Education: A degree in Fashion Design or a related field is preferred, but not required. Creativity and passion are valued above all.
• Experience: Both fresher and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Experience in fashion design or related roles is a plus but not mandatory.
• Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Strong sketching and illustration skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design aesthetic, creativity, and technical skills is essential for consideration.
