Position Overview: We are currently seeking both experienced professionals and enthusiastic freshers to join our DevOps team in Pune. As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in streamlining our development processes, enhancing automation, and optimizing our infrastructure to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, system administrators, and quality assurance engineers to understand project requirements and implement effective DevOps solutions.
2. Automation: Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts and tools to facilitate continuous integration, continuous deployment, and infrastructure provisioning.
3. Infrastructure Management: Manage and optimize our cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
4. Monitoring and Alerting: Implement robust monitoring and alerting solutions to proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
5. Security: Implement best practices for security and compliance within the DevOps pipeline, including vulnerability scanning, access control, and encryption.
6. Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements through the adoption of new technologies, tools, and methodologies, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency.
7. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and team collaboration.

Qualifications:

For Experienced Candidates:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience working in a DevOps role, with hands-on experience in CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or Ruby.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and experience with cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a distributed environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

For Freshers:
