Job Description:

As a car driver, your primary responsibility will be to safely transport passengers or goods from one location to another within Mumbai and its surrounding areas. Your duties may include but are not limited to:

1. Safe Transportation: Safely operating various types of vehicles, including sedans, SUVs, and vans, while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. Ensuring the comfort and safety of passengers or goods during transit.

2. Route Planning: Planning and selecting the most efficient routes to reach destinations on time, considering factors such as traffic conditions, road closures, and diversions.

3. Vehicle Maintenance: Conducting routine inspections and maintenance checks on assigned vehicles to ensure they are in proper working condition. Reporting any mechanical issues or malfunctions promptly to the appropriate authorities.

4. Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service to passengers by greeting them courteously, assisting with luggage or belongings, and addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have during the journey.

5. Communication: Maintaining open and clear communication with dispatchers or supervisors to receive instructions, updates, and directions as needed.

6. Safety Protocols: Adhering to strict safety protocols and procedures to mitigate risks and prevent accidents or incidents while on duty.

7. Professionalism: Demonstrating professionalism, punctuality, and reliability at all times. Upholding a positive image and representing the company in a professional manner.

8. Adaptability: Being adaptable and flexible to accommodate changing schedules, routes, or assignments as per business requirements.

Qualifications:

1. Valid Driver's License: Possessing a valid driver's license issued by the appropriate authorities in India.

2. Clean Driving Record: Maintaining a clean driving record with no history of major traffic violations or accidents.

3. Experience: Previous experience as a professional driver is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers with a passion for driving and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

4. Knowledge of Local Area: Familiarity with the roads, streets, and landmarks in Mumbai and its neighboring regions is advantageous.

5. Communication Skills: Good verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, or regional languages to effectively interact with passengers and team members.

6. Physical Fitness: Being physically fit with the ability to sit for extended periods and perform tasks such as loading/unloading luggage or goods if required.

7. Age Requirement: Candidates must be between 18 to 60 years of age to be eligible for this position.
