Responsibilities:

1. Safe Operation: Operate company vehicles in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. Prioritize the safety of passengers, pedestrians, and other road users at all times.
2. Route Planning: Plan and select the most efficient routes to reach destinations on time, taking into account factors such as traffic, weather conditions, and road closures.
3. Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition. Report any mechanical issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel for prompt resolution.
4. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to passengers by assisting with loading and unloading luggage, opening doors, and ensuring a comfortable and pleasant journey.
5. Communication: Maintain open communication with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate schedules, report delays, and address any issues that may arise during the course of your duties.
6. Professionalism: Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times. Uphold a positive image and reputation through your conduct and interactions with customers and the public.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Excellent driving skills with a strong focus on safety.
• Good knowledge of Ludhiana roads and traffic patterns.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physical fitness and stamina to sit for extended periods and perform manual tasks such as lifting and bending.
