🌍 What You’ll Do

Lead Quality Assurance with Vision

• Design and implement end-to-end test strategies for web and mobile applications.
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including product leads, UX teams, and engineering units, to align QA with business objectives.
• Introduce innovative ways to reduce test cycle times while maintaining accuracy.

Mentor & Manage Testing Talent

• Oversee a distributed team of manual and automation testers.
• Conduct peer reviews, provide feedback, and foster an inclusive testing culture.
• Coach team members in performance testing, regression testing, exploratory testing, and automation best practices.

Drive Automation & Performance Excellence

• Architect test automation frameworks for continuous integration pipelines.
• Promote test-driven development and automated quality gates at every deployment stage.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks and propose performance enhancement techniques.

Measure What Matters

• Own and refine test metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to track product quality in real time.
• Champion user-centric testing to simulate real-world use cases and catch critical edge conditions.
• Document bugs clearly and collaborate on timely resolutions.

🛠️ Tools & Technologies You’ll Use

This role requires creative problem solving powered by tools like:

• Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright for front-end automation
• JIRA, TestRail, and Confluence for test case management
• GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CircleCI for continuous testing
• RESTful API testing with Postman or SoapUI
• Cross-browser testing via BrowserStack or Sauce Labs

🧠 What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role
• Deep expertise in both hands-on and automation-based testing practices
• Demonstrated experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban workflows
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities in remote team environments
• Familiarity with cross-platform web and mobile testing

Preferred Add-Ons

• Experience in performance/load testing using JMeter or similar tools
• Exposure to AI-powered testing solutions or visual regression platforms
• ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus
