What Youโ€™ll Be Doing

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement responsive web interfaces using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.
  • Optimize pages for cross-browser compatibility, performance, and accessibility.
  • Integrate with APIs for payment gateways, product databases, customer portals, and more.
  • Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous integration pipelines.
  • Leverage component libraries and design systems to maintain consistency and brand identity.
  • Utilize Cypress, Jest, and Playwright for frontend testing automation.
  • Collaborate closely with back-end engineers, UI/UX designers, and product managers.
  • Analyze user interaction data and translate insights into UI/UX improvements.

Our Ideal Candidate

Core Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience in front-end development, ideally within an e-commerce or product-based company.
  • Strong command of JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern HTML/CSS (Flexbox, Grid, SCSS).
  • Hands-on experience with React and modern state management tools like Redux Toolkit or Zustand.
  • Familiarity with headless commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify Hydrogen, BigCommerce, Contentful).
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
  • Competence in implementing SEO best practices and structured data.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior exposure to GraphQL and server-side rendering (SSR).
  • Understanding of Lighthouse metrics and site performance tuning.
  • Experience with internationalization (i18n) and multi-language front-end development.
  • Interest in progressive web apps (PWAs) and offline-first design.
