What You’ll Be Creating

Design-Driven Development

• Translate pixel-perfect designs into responsive, fluid, and user-centered HTML/CSS/JavaScript code.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to maintain visual integrity
• Use semantic HTML and adaptive layouts that enhance performance and accessibility

Web Wizardry in Action

• Animate, transition, and tweak interfaces until they feel right
• Debug cross-browser quirks like a digital detective
• Integrate RESTful APIs and dynamically render data with JavaScript

Team Collaboration

• Work asynchronously with designers, product thinkers, and backend developers.
• Participate in peer code reviews that are as much about improvement as they are about encouragement.
• Own tasks from sprint planning to shipping, with pride and precision

• Build tools like Vite or Webpack (depending on the project)
• Design handoffs from Figma

Bonus points if you've dabbled with:

• TypeScript
• Web accessibility (a11y)
• Tailwind CSS or utility-first methodologies

Are You the One?

We’re looking for a creative code-slinger who can balance aesthetics with performance. You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have 3+ years of front-end development experience focused on HTML/CSS/JS
• Can hand-code from scratch (we don’t rely on page builders)
• Understand responsive design principles like second nature
• Write reusable, modular, and DRY code structures
• Know your way around browser dev tools better than your kitchen
• Enjoy mentoring or exchanging tips with fellow developers

Nice-to-haves:

• Knowledge of Git best practices (rebasing, branching, clean commit history)
• Experience in a remote agile environment
• A killer CodePen or GitHub profile wouldn’t hurt either
