What You'll Do: Your Influence Starts Here

As our Front-End Architect, you’ll have a strategic role to influence the way people engage with our platforms. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Crafting scalable, modular front-end architecture for dynamic web applications.
• Establishing reusable design patterns, coding conventions, and documentation practices.
• Working closely with UI/UX teams to transform design vision into interactive experiences.
• Reviewing code and guiding teams through performance and accessibility optimizations.
• Leading architectural decisions and cross-functional design reviews.
• Mentoring developers and creating growth pathways for front-end engineers.
• Ensuring our applications are responsive, inclusive, and future-proof.
• Staying ahead of industry trends and introducing technologies that drive value.

Our front-end tech stack is modern, well-maintained, and constantly evolving. You’ll have the freedom to shape it further. We currently use:

• Frameworks: React, Next.js, Vue (depending on project needs)
• State Management: Redux, Recoil, Zustand
• Tooling: Vite, Webpack, Babel, ESLint, Prettier
• Testing: Cypress, Jest, Testing Library
• API Integration: RESTful services, GraphQL
• Cloud/CI-CD: GitHub Actions, Docker, AWS (S3, CloudFront, Amplify)
• Monitoring & Analysis: Sentry, Lighthouse, Datadog

You’ll also help evaluate new tools that improve scalability, maintainability, and team velocity.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who combines technical depth with leadership and a passion for front-end craftsmanship. Ideally, you bring:

• 8+ years in front-end engineering roles, with 3+ years in a technical leadership or architectural position
• Proven experience designing, maintaining, and scaling modern SPAs
• Expertise in React or a similar modern JavaScript framework
• Strong command of responsive design, performance tuning, and accessibility standards
• A history of guiding technical teams and elevating engineering practices
• Fluency in TypeScript and component-driven development
• Exceptional communication skills—you explain complex ideas clearly

Bonus if you’ve worked with micro-frontends, managed design systems, or built products across multiple domains or languages.
