Job Description:
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting and selling our products/services to potential customers. Your primary objective will be to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions to meet those needs. Your key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and attending industry events.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their requirements, address their concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services, their features, benefits, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate and demonstrate value propositions to clients.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our offerings and persuade clients to make purchasing decisions.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets set by the company.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for business growth and innovation.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including sales calls, meetings, contracts, and follow-ups. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a relevant field will be an advantage.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 years to 60 years old.
