Position Overview:
As a Medical Writer, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality medical and scientific content for various purposes, including educational materials, regulatory documents, marketing collateral, and publications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including researchers, physicians, regulatory affairs specialists, and marketing professionals, to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, analyze, and interpret scientific and clinical data to produce accurate and compelling medical content.
- Write and edit a variety of documents, such as clinical study reports, protocols, manuscripts, abstracts, posters, slide decks, and regulatory submissions.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop content that meets the needs of diverse audiences, including healthcare professionals, patients, and regulatory agencies.
- Ensure all written materials adhere to company guidelines, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Review and provide feedback on content developed by other team members to maintain consistency and quality.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in healthcare, medicine, and regulatory requirements to inform content creation and ensure accuracy.
- Participate in project planning, brainstorming sessions, and team meetings to contribute ideas and insights.
- Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and research abilities, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise content.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, clinical research methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Previous experience in medical writing or a related field is preferred but not required. Fresher and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
