Job Description:

5. Communication: Effectively communicate with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate pick-up and drop-off locations. Provide updates on route changes or delays to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
6. Cash Handling: Collect fares from passengers using approved payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, or digital wallets. Maintain accurate records of transactions and adhere to company protocols for handling cash payments.

Qualifications:

Fresher Candidates:

• No prior experience is required.
• Valid driver's license issued by the Chandigarh Transport Authority.
• Basic knowledge of road safety rules and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Experienced Candidates:

• Proven experience as a taxi driver or similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Clean driving record with no history of traffic violations or accidents.
